Patients who undergo a surgical procedure with Chicagoland Aesthetics receive 24/7 access to our answering service, a dedicated patient care coordinator handling your operation, priority appointment availability for any follow up or aftercare appointments, and personal contact information (e-mail or cell phone number) of your surgeon should you ever have a question. Our team is dedicated to be with you at every step, from start to finish.

Cancellation Policy
You must reschedule your appointment no sooner than 24-48 hours prior to your office appointment. Please contact our office for our surgical cancellation policy.
Insurance Information
We are accept most major insurance carriers including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care, Medicare, and more for varicose vein treatment and other medical conditions.
Payment Methods
Financing/ Payment Plans: We offer interest-free financing through CareCredit. Care Credit offers 6, 12, and 18 months interest free payment plans for qualifying candidates, and up to 60 months, with interest options. You can apply online, and get a response quickly.
Our practice also accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or certified check.
